反应釜

  反应釜广泛应用于石油、化工、橡胶、农药、染料、医药和食品等领域,是用来完成硫化、硝化、氢化、烃化、聚合、缩合等工艺过程的压力容器,例如反应器、反应锅、分解锅、聚合釜等;材质一般有碳锰钢、不锈钢、锆、镍基(哈氏、蒙乃尔、因康镍)合金及其它复合材料。
  反应釜的分类
  1、按照加热/冷却方式,可分为电加热、热水加热、导热油循环加热、远红外加热、外(内)盘管加热等,夹套冷却和釜内盘管冷却等。加热方式的选择主要跟化学反应所需的加热/冷却温度,以及所需热量大小有关。
  2、根据釜体材质可分为碳钢反应釜、不锈钢反应釜及搪玻璃反应釜(搪瓷反应釜)、钢衬反应釜。
  碳钢反应釜
  适用范围:不含腐蚀性液体的环境,比如某些油品加工。
  不锈钢反应釜
  1、加热结构型式
  电加热型,夹套型,外半管型,内盘管型,容积为0.01m3~45m3
  2、材质
  碳钢,不锈钢,耐高温不锈钢,耐强酸强碱不锈钢,搪瓷或PP材质等。
  3、搅拌型式
  斜浆式、锚式、框式、推进式和单(双)螺旋式,且可根据客户要求设计制造其他型式浆叶。
  适用的范围:适用于石油、化工、医药、冶金、科研、大专院校等部门进行高温、高压的化学反应试验,用来完成水解、中和、结晶、蒸馏、蒸发、储存、氢化、烃化、聚合、缩合、加热混配、恒温反应等工艺过程,对粘稠和颗粒的物质均能达到高搅拌的效果。
  搪玻璃反应釜
  适用的范围:广泛的应用在石油、化工、食品、医药、农药、科研等行业。
  钢衬PE反应釜
  适用的范围:适用酸、碱、盐及大部分醇类。适用液态的食品以及及药品的提炼。是衬胶、玻璃钢、不锈钢、钛钢、搪瓷、塑焊板的理想换代品。
  钢衬PTFE反应釜
  适用的范围:防腐性能优良,能抗各种浓度的酸、碱、盐、强氧化剂、有机化合物及其它所有强腐蚀性化学介质。
  3、按照工作时内压可分为常压反应釜、正压反应釜,负压反应釜。
  4、按照搅拌形式,可分为桨叶式、锚桨式、框式、螺带式、涡轮式、分散盘式、组合式等。
  5、按照传热结构,可分为夹套式、外半管式、内盘管式及组合式。
  反应釜使用注意
  反应釜是一种反应设备,在操作的时候一定要注意,否则会因为很多原因造成损坏,导致生产被迫停止。反应釜的操作要注意很多方面。
  首先,一定要严格的按照规章制度去操作反应釜。
  其次,在操作前,应仔细检查有无异状,在正常运行中,不得打开上盖和触及板上之接线端子,以免触电;严禁带压操作;用氮气试压的过程中,仔细观察压力表的变化,达到试压压力,立即关闭氮气阀门开关;升温速度不宜太快,加压亦应缓慢进行,尤其是搅拌速度,只允许缓慢升速。
  ,釜体加热到较高温度时,不要和釜体接触,以免烫伤;实验完应该先降温。不得速冷,以防过大的温差压力造成损坏。同时要及时的拔掉电源。
  同时反应釜使用后要注意去保养,这样高压釜才能有更好的使用寿命。


  Reactors are widely used in fields such as petroleum,chemical,rubber,pesticides,dyes,medicine,and food.They are pressure vessels used to complete processes such as vulcanization,nitrification,hydrogenation,alkylation,polymerization,and condensation,such as reactors,reaction pots,decomposition pots,polymerization pots,etc;Materials generally include carbon manganese steel,stainless steel,zirconium,nickel based(Hastelloy,Monel,Inconel)alloys,and other composite materials.
  Classification of reaction vessels
  1.According to heating/cooling methods,it can be divided into electric heating,hot water heating,thermal oil circulation heating,far-infrared heating,external(internal)coil heating,jacket cooling,and internal coil cooling.The choice of heating method is mainly related to the heating/cooling temperature required for the chemical reaction and the amount of heat required.
  2.According to the material of the reactor body,it can be divided into carbon steel reaction kettle,stainless steel reaction kettle,glass lined reaction kettle(enamel reaction kettle),and steel lined reaction kettle.
  Carbon steel reaction kettle
  Scope of application:Environments without corrosive liquids,such as certain oil processing.
  stainless steel reactor
  1.Heating structure type
  Electric heating type,jacket type,outer half tube type,inner coil tube type,with a volume of 0.01m3~45m3
  2.Material
  Carbon steel,stainless steel,high-temperature resistant stainless steel,strong acid and alkali resistant stainless steel,enamel or PP materials,etc.
  3.Mixing type
  Slant type,anchor type,frame type,push type,and single(double)spiral type,and other types of blades can be designed and manufactured according to customer requirements.
  Scope of application:Suitable for departments such as petroleum,chemical,pharmaceutical,metallurgical,scientific research,colleges and universities to conduct high-temperature and high-pressure chemical reaction tests,used to complete processes such as hydrolysis,neutralization,crystallization,distillation,evaporation,storage,hydrogenation,alkylation,polymerization,condensation,heating mixing,constant temperature reaction,etc.It can achieve high stirring effect on viscous and granular substances.
  Glass lined reaction kettle
  Scope of application:Widely used in industries such as petroleum,chemical,food,medicine,pesticides,and scientific research.
  Steel lined PE reactor
  Scope of application:Suitable for acids,bases,salts,and most alcohols.Suitable for the extraction of liquid foods and medicines.It is an ideal replacement for lining rubber,fiberglass,stainless steel,titanium steel,enamel,and plastic welded plates.
  Steel lined PTFE reactor
  Scope of application:Excellent anti-corrosion performance,able to resist various concentrations of acids,alkalis,salts,strong oxidants,organic compounds,and all other highly corrosive chemical media.
  3.According to the internal pressure during operation,it can be divided into atmospheric pressure reaction kettle,positive pressure reaction kettle,and negative pressure reaction kettle.
  4.According to the mixing form,it can be divided into blade type,anchor blade type,frame type,screw belt type,turbine type,dispersed disc type,combination type,etc.
  5.According to the heat transfer structure,it can be divided into jacket type,outer half tube type,inner coil tube type,and combination type.
  Precautions for using reaction kettle
